I hope that mods of this community limit these types of posts that aren’t memes. I’ve seen some posts that are merely political images and not memes.
Imo political memes are good and so belong among non-political memes.
People are angry that their lives are falling apart because of shitty politics. People will vent about that on a forum. It’s one of the pillars of meme culture.
Thankfully people are venting in a controllable fashion online. It’s important we do not condone acts like Jan 6 or other uprisings that threaten the status quo.

Admittedly, when I went looking, I didn’t find many. I noticed this problem months ago and only spoke now. Looks like it improved a lot.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with this community. You take out the politics and you’ll be left with… Nothing.

Please reread my post, as I’m not against politics. I am very pro politics in memes.
