technically it isn’t available on f-droid, you need to add IzzyOnDroid’s repository to download it.

it seems that now it’s avaible on f-droid itself.
Does it download the songs from Spotify or YouTube music? I have seen some applications that just search the songs in Spotify but use YouTube to download the music.
I think it uses youtube music, coz they have a note about regions where youtube music isn’t available the app doesn’t work.
Does this risk getting your spotify account banned?
If you need to use an account to download songs, yes it’s dangerous. Use a dummy account
Still advisable to use a VPN I imagine
There’s a web app that the dev hosts, it doesn’t link to your Spotify account
Bullshit, it just uses youtube.
It downloads meta data about the song too, which was nice for me
